Here Sam's left foot. Looks fine (except for being a little dirty, but hey, he is a boy!) 
Now, here is a picture of his right foot. Doesn't it look like it hurts? 
Turns out he has cellulitis. He is on antibiotics and if it doesn't look significantly better by tomorrow, the doctor says to call and he will need IV antibiotics. I'm REALLY hoping we don't have to go that route, especially after the lovely time Lindsay and her family had at the hospital last week. So, everybody keep their fingers crossed that his foot will be looking like a foot tomorrow and not like a sausage.
